Chodai 바카라추천., Ltd. has been awarded, as a member of a consultant joint venture, the basic design services to enhance access and mobility in the Dukuh Atas area--an important transport hub in central Jakarta where multiple transport modes converge--by Jakarta MRT seamless movement within the area, Chodai will be responsible for the structural planning and design of the pedestrian deck.

The Dukuh Atas area is a transport hub in 바카라추천 where multiple modes of transport--including metro, conventional rail, LRT (Light Rail Transit), and BRT (Bus Rapid Transit)--come together, and it is also a TOD (Transit Oriented Region of 바카라추천. As a project that concentrates commercial functions and public spaces around public transport, aiming to encourage public transport use and develop a pedestrian-centered urban environment, it has attracted strong attention both domestically and internationally.

At present, however, the road network is complex; in particular, Sudirman Avenue and the Ciliwung River hinder movement between stations, making smooth access in both directions difficult. In addition, the site has heavy traffic and a buildings, requiring safe and smooth construction. To address these challenges, technical assistance has been provided to date by organizations including Japan's Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT), the Urban Renaissance Agency (바카라추천), and JICA.

Chodai believes that, by leveraging rapid construction technologies, methods that minimize impacts on adjacent structures, and know-how accumulated through past experience, the project can significantly improve current conditions in Dukuh Atas. smooth pedestrian 바카라추천, the project will enhance connectivity and contribute to a more comfortable urban environment.
